Bailey Ervin

Bailey Ervin joined Kennesaw State in the summer of 2022 as an athletic academic advisor for football. Before joining Owl Nation, Ervin worked in Student-Athlete Services at Georgia Southern University, where she served as an academic advisor for the track & field, swimming & diving and volleyball programs. Her responsibilities at Georgia Southern included academic oversight of those programs, preparing weekly grade and study hall reports to assist in communicating with coaches and tracking progress toward degree, ensuring student-athletes were meeting all NCAA eligibility requirements.

Prior to Georgia Southern, Ervin worked at the University of Missouri where she began working as a tutor in the Mizzou Made Academics department in the summer of 2017 before spending a semester as an intern in the spring of 2019. In the summer of 2019, she then began working in a dual role as an assistant academic coordinator for the men’s basketball, baseball, and wrestling programs, as well as serving as an assistant learning specialist for the department’s Enhanced Learning Program. 

Ervin graduated from the University of Missouri in May of 2019 with her degree in Parks, Recreation and Sport with an emphasis in Sport Management. She then received her Master’s degree in Educational, School & Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri in May of 2021.
