Alex Epperson enters her first year as director of on-campus recruiting at Kennesaw State.
Epperson arrives at Kennesaw after spending the previous year as the director of recruiting with Tennessee Tech football, where she coordinated and oversaw all logistics for official and unofficial visits. She also managed the team’s recruiting database, profiles and evaluations, while also maintaining relationships with high school coaches in order to deliver personalized experiences.
Prior to Tennessee Tech, Epperson worked for two years at the University of New Hampshire as a recruiting assistant (2023-25).
Epperson graduated from New Hampshire in 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in sport management and leadership.
