2011-12
Competed in four events in the 2012 season…Participated in the Javelin Throw at every event… Her best throw came at the Georgia Intercollegiate Invitational where she threw 35.95M, which was good for a second place finish.

2010-11
Damron finished first at the Atlantic Sun Championship in the javelin throw with a distance of 34.61m… Damron also posted a fourth place finish at the A-Sun Championship in 800m with a time of 2:37.67 and a fifth place finish in the heptathlon.

2009-2010
Had an excellent freshman outdoor season as one of her best finishes came in one of her first meets as she placed fourth in the javelin throw at the Beynon Sports Catamount Classic (3/27) with a career-high throw of 35.32m … recorded a solid fifth place finish in the javelin throw at the JSU Gem of the Hills Track & Field Invitational (4/3) with a toss of 34.54m.

Prep Career
Won her state in region titles in the Javelin in the USATF Junior Olympic three times, spanning from 2007-2009... Honed her skills in the Javelin while competing with the Sequoyah Youth Track Club in nearby Cherokee County, as the GHSA does not sponsor the event... Has a personal record in the Javelin of 117'3".

Comes to Kennesaw State after one semester as a part of the South Carolina Gamecocks track and field program... Born in Woodstock, Georgia, to Teresa and Steve Damron...Graduated from Sequoyah High School in Canton, Ga...Has one brother, Phillip, who is 22... Is majoring in Business Management is Pre-Dentistry...Enjoys the outdoors, reading, and fishing, in her spare time.
