Ran a career-best at 17:01.54 in the 5000M placing third at the Yellow Jacket Invitational … ran a career-best in the 1500M with a 4:41.23 at the Al Schmidt Bulldog Relays … placed fourth at the Crimson Tide Invitational running a time of 10:54.16 in the 3000S … ran a 4:42.88 placing  third in the 1500M at the Georgia Tech Invitational …and ended her outdoor season placing first in the 10,000M running a career-best time of 36:00.86 at the ASUN Championship.

Opened the season finishing fourth in the 3000M at the Samford Invite with a time of 10:17.98  … ran her career-best mile with a time of 5:09.66 at the Bob Pollock Invitational … ran her career-best of 9:51.80 in the 3000M finishing fifth at the ASUN Championship.


As a Junior (2019-20)

Season canceled due to health concerns related to COVID-19.
 
Indoor
Opened the season posting a career-best time in the mile of 5:10.64 at the Clemson Invitational … took eighth in the 3k at the Liberty Invitational in a time of 17:48.46 … ran her career-best time of 10:13.05 at the South Carolina Invitational in the 3k … finished eighth in the 5k with a time of 18:07.54 at the ASUN Championships.
Cross Country
Competed in six meets… placed 16^th in the 4K at the Bulldog Invitational with a time of 14:16:0 … at the Commodore Classic, in the 6K ran a time of 22:36:0 and finished 55^th … placed 42^nd in the 5K at the Louisville Classic with a time of 17:48:6 … grabbed 24^th with a time of 21:22:77 6K at the Blazer Classic … ran in 5K at the ASUN Championships with a time of 18:03:43 placing 15^th… Finished 100^th at the NCAA South Regionals in 6K time 22:18:7.

As a Sophomore (2018-19)

finished fifth at the Yellow Jacket Invitational in the 2000mS (7:05.26) … at the Don McGarey Invitational grabbed second in the 1500m (4:42.51) … at the ASUN Championships had two season-best times in the 5000m (17:34.72) finishing third and in the 3000S (10:41.51) finishing second. Set the school record in the steeplechase twice during the season. 
 
Indoor
Finished fifth at the Samford Invite in the mile (5:14.73) …  was 12^th At the Liberty Kickoff in the 3000m (10:31.32 … At the ASUN Championships finished fourth in the distance medley relay (11:49.64).

Cross Country
Ran in six meets … opened the season placing third at the JSU Struts Season Opener with a time of 19:10.60 … took 18^th place at the Berry Invitational in 23:32.19 … finished the Queen City Invitational with personal-best time of 18:31 placing 33^rd … concluding the season in the ASUN Championships with a time of 19:36.46 placing 31^st, and the NCAA Regionals getting 126th in 23:15.7.

As a Freshman (2017-18)
Outdoor
Won the steeplechase in a time of 11:49.69 at the Winthrop Adidas Invitational …  had three top-five finishes in the 3000m Steeplechase in the Hurricane Alumni Invitational, UNF Invitational and the ASUN Championships ... ran a personal-best time of  11:18.46 at the UNF Invitational in the 3000m steeplechase.

Indoor
» ASUN Conference Third Team All-Conference (distance medley relay)
participated in three meets … ran a leg on the Owl’s distance medley relay team that finished third at the ASUN Championships.
 
Cross Country
Competed in seven meets ... finished 16th at the Stan Sims Invitational in a time of 19:26.08 ... ran a season-best 5k time of 18:43.50 at the Foothills Invitational to finish sixth ...took home 21st at the ASUN Championships in 19:11.9 ... closed out her season running a time of 33:37.9 to finish 168th at the NCAA South Regionals. 

High School
Competed in four years of cross country and track at Centennial ... was Centenial's Cross Country Runner of the Year from 2014-16 ... in her cross country career she collected 20 top finishes in 35 meets including two wins and a pair of GHSA State Championship Appearances ... best time in cross country was 19:16.51 at the Alexander/ Asics Invitational ... in track, has career best times of 2;27.15 in the 800m, 5:18.56 in the 1600m and 11:32.54 in the 3200m.
