Outdoor 

Earned a personal record time of 37:38.30 in the 10,000m at the ASUN Outdoor Track & Field Championship … placed third at the Crimson Tide Invitational with a time of 17:07.94 in the 5000m … placed third at the Kennesaw State Invitational running a time of 4:37.01 in the 5000m.  

Indoor  

Placed fifth at the South Carolina Invitational with a time of 10:09.22 in 3000m race. 

As a Junior (2023-24)
Cross Country
Competed in five meets this season. Placed 19th in the Stan Sims XC Opener with a time of 18:05.9 Finished in 75th place at the Griak Invitational with a time of 22:53.9. Placed 84th with a time of 21:00.2 in the Arturo Barrios Invite. Ran a 17:41.6 5K at the ASUN Championship to finish in 16th place. Finished in 48th place at the NCAA South Regional with a time of 20:09.1. 

As a Sophomore (2022-23)
Cross Country
Placed seventh in the 4K at the KSU vs. Clemson Dual with a time of 14:40.9 … ran a 17:52.02 5K at the UNA Showcase taking 44^th place … placed 100^th at the Live in Lou Classic 5K with a time of 18:05.0 … ran 21:49.6 in the 6K at the Arturo Barrios Invitational placing 53^rd.

As a Freshman (2021-22)

Outdoor

Had three personal bests this season … Competed in four meets.

Indoor

Competed in four meets … Had three personal bests this season … placed first in the 3000m at the Nebraska Mark Colligan Memorial with a time of 10:15.36.

Cross Country
Participated in six meets throughout the 2021 season … started off running a 4K personal-best time of 15:13.4 placing 17^th at the Kennesaw State Cross Country Opener … ran a 18:58.1 making this a career-best 5K time at the Joe Paine Invitational … placed 37^th at the Blazer Classic in the 6K with a time of 23:04.1 … ran a career-best 6K time at the NCAA South Region Championships with a time of 22:47.9.

Daughter of Karina and Douglas Miles  … has two siblings, Kelly Miles and Aisyln Miles … majoring in business with a minor in nutritional science.
