Prior to Kennesaw
Lenvonowich comes to Kennesaw State with a lot of junior success after being prepped at the Hank Haney Academy in Hilton Head, S.C… Minami comes to the Owls with a ranking of No. 69 nationally for the class of 2011 according to Golfweek and is ranked by the National Junior Golf Scoreboard as No. 101 nationally and the No. 2 ranked golfer from South Carolina…The Hilton Head, S.C., native garnered top accolades the summer prior to arriving at Kennesaw by playing an extensive tournament schedule that included a 25th place finish at the 2010 Callaway Junior World Championship with rounds of 79-76-75-76… Also, she finished fourth at the AJGA Rome Classic posting rounds of 76-70-72… For her efforts, in August 2011, Golfweek magazine named her the national player of the week after winning the Golfweek Junior Series Tournament and earning a place in the Golfweek Junior Invitational Championship.
