As a Junior (2022-2023)

She played in 10 tournaments with 28 rounds played for KSU with a 74.86 scoring average ... she tallied one top-10 finish at the Olde Stone Intercollegiate including a 68 score in the third round ... she tallied five top-20 finishes and finished better than 27th in all but two tournaments this season.
As a Sophomore (2021-22)
Neilson competed in eight tournaments in her first season at Kennesaw State... She placed top 15 in each of her first three events, including tied for fifth at the Jupiter Invite with an even-par score... She ended the season strong, tying for 13th at the 2022 ASUN Women's Golf Championship.
As a Freshman (2020-21) At Kent State
Carded rounds of 78-68 for a 4-over par total of 146 to finish runner-up at the Akron Invitational.

Represented Scotland at the 2018 and 2019 Girls Home Internationals ... won the 2019 Basel Amateur Championship and finished third at the Irish Girl's Championship ... was victorious at the 2017 Faldo Series Grand Final in the under-16 category and the 2016 Swiss Junior Team Championships.
