Cross Country
Ran in three meets during the 2023 season. Took 57th place at the Stan Sims 5K XC Opener running a 19:37.7. Ran a 25:17.2 in the Griak Invitational 6K with a time of 25:17.2 placing 173rd. Placed 192nd in the Arturo Barrios Invite 6K with a time of 22:00.5.  

High School 
Competed in cross country and track & field at Tennessee High School … selected for Footlocker All- region … was conference champion in 2020 ... was an All-Region runner up in 2020 … was a conference champion in 2021 ... was an All-Region champion in 2021… was an Adidas all-American in the 1 mile in 2021 ... was AA state champion in 2022.

Born May 16, 2005, in Bristol Tennessee … major is undecided ... has two siblings named Amber and Trey Arrington ... admires her family friend Teresa Ornduff because of her being a professional runner for Reebok back in the 1980s ... she also admires her because of her sweetness and humbleness … the most influential people in her life are her parents because they made her the person who she is today.
