Placed third in the 10000m running a time of 37:42.57 at the Don McGarey Invitational. 

Indoor 

Did not compete. 

As a Junior (2023-24)
Cross Country
Competed in five meets in the 2023 season. Placed fourth at the Stan Sims XC Opener with a time of 17:31.8. Finished 59th at the Griak Invitational with a time of 22:28.6. Ran a 21:13.9 at the Arturo Barrios Invite to finish 105th. Placed 27th in the ASUN Championship with a time of 18:10.1. Finished 73rd in the NCAA South Regional meet with a time of 20:34.8.  

As a Sophomore (2022-23)
Cross Country
Placed eighth in the 4K at the KSU vs. Clemson Dual with a time of 14:43.2 … ran a 17:48.04 5K at the UNA Showcase getting 37^th place … placed 58^th at the Live in Lou Classic 5K with a time of 17:44.5 … ran 22:19.6 in the 6K at the Arturo Barrios Invitational placing 83^rd … finished 22^nd at the ASUN Cross Country Championships in the 5K with a time of 17:38.7.

As a Freshman (2021-22)

Outdoor
Took second in the 1500m at the Torrin Lawrence Memorial Invite with a time of 4:36.94 … Had three personal bests this season.

Indoor
Had three personal bests this season … Competed in four meets this season.

Cross Country
Participated in six meets throughout the 2021 season … started off strong at the Kennesaw State Cross Country Opener running a personal-best 4K time of 15:10.0 getting 14^th place … ran a 6K time of 23:16.1 making this her career-best at the Blazer Classic …. ran in the 5K at the ASUN Cross Country Championships with a personal-best time of 18:47.7.

Daughter of Scott and Annette James… has one sister, Julia… majoring in biochemistry with a minor in Spanish.
