2014-15
Outdoor
Won the 3000m steeplechase at the Southern Miss Invitational in 11:58.27 ... Finished eighth in the 3000m steeplechase (11:48.19) and 13th in the 5000m (19:18.99) at the A-Sun Championships.
Indoor
Took home second at the ETSU Invitational in the 3000m in 10:56.78 ... Was 11th in the 5000m at the A-Sun Championships.
Cross Country
Ran in all 6 events for the Owls in 2014 ... Finished 35th at the Clemson Invitational ... Ran her best 5K time of 19:15.24 with a 33rd place finish at the Atlantic Sun Championship ... Closed out the season, running 22:38.50 in the 6K at the NCAA South Regionals and finishing 155th.
2013-14
Outdoor
Won the 3000s at the USF Invitational with a personal best of 11:35.10 ... Finised 10th in the 3000s at the Atlantic Sun Championships.
Indoor
Finished eighth in the 5000m at the UAB Blazer Invitational.
Cross Country
Raced in all five events in 2013… Ran a 20:02.12 at the Greater Louisville Invitational… Finished in 58th at the A-Sun Championship with a time of 20:23.19.

Raced in several distance events during her freshman season.

Competed in six events... Cope's best finish was at the UWG Wolves XC Invite where she placed 24th with a time of 20:29.08.
Prep Career
Cope competed in Cross Country and Track & Field all four years at Winder-Barrow High School…Senior year she was a regional champ and received the Nancy Dixon Award... Earned All-Region honors for the 1600m, 3200m and 4x800m... Finished the season in the top eight in the state for 1600 and 3200... Cope won the Most Outstanding Female Distance Award and Star Athlete award twice... Was a two time All-Academic athlete at Winder Barrow
