Second Team All-Atlantic Sun Selection, becoming only the second player from KSU to receive such an honor...Played in 27 games and started 25...Her 11.7 points per game average was second-best on the team...Gathered 132 rebounds, which was good for third on the team...Posted a team-leading 84 assists...Set career-high with 23 points and set season-best 10 rebounds in double-double effort at home against Gardner Webb (2/10/07)...Was KSU[apos]s leading scorer in eight games...Ended the season 10th in scoring, ninth in assists and eighth in assist-to-turnover ratio in the A-Sun.
2005-06 Season
Played in all 27 of the Lady Owls[apos] games and started in 22 of them...Her 7.0 points per game average led all KSU freshmen...Played an average of 24.5 minutes per game...Pulled down 107 total rebounds and posted 41 assists, both of which were third on the team...Ended the season 13th in the A-Sun with 2.22 offensive rebounds per game...Posted season-high with 21 points in the season opener at Furman (11/18/05)...Secured her first career double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds at Belmont (2/16/06)...Dished out a season-high five assists against Belmont (12/3/05)...Atlantic Sun Conference All-Academic Team selection.
Prep Career Joined the Lady Owls after prepping at Treutlen High School in Soperton, Ga....Class A First Team All-State selection, averaging 23 points, five rebounds and five assists per game...Named to the Atlanta Journal Constitution[apos]s All-State Second Team...A four-year letterwinner with the Vikings, Baker scored over 1,900 points and averaged over 20 points per game in her four-year career...Three-time All-Heart of Georgia selection by the Dublin Courier Herald.
