Theodore Bullard was named Director of Women’s Basketball Operations in November of 2015 by head coach Nitra Perry and the Department of Athletics of Kennesaw State University.
Theodore Bullard is an alumnus of Kennesaw State and brings a well-rounded knowledge of the game of basketball and ties with the University, and will handle day-to-day operations for the program, including team travel, equipment, and apparel, scheduling, budget and compliance matters.
The native of Decatur, Georgia also is a professor at Kennesaw State University, teaching in the First-Year and Transitional Studied Department of KSU since August of 2014. Bullard mentors students, prepares and maintains student data to track academic progress to put students in the best position to succeed.
Prior to arriving at Kennesaw State, Bullard served as an assistant basketball coach for the varsity boys team at Whitefield Academy since September of 2013. Bullard trained and developed student managers and players, and also managed equipment inventory, program scheduling and managing the budget.
In addition, Bullard also served as a NBPA/FIBA Player Agent at Wah-Lee Sports LCC located in Atlanta, Georgia from October 2008 to June of 2013. He managed client portfolios of professional basketball players and maintained a strategic focus on maximizing players’ earnings. Bullard achieved full certification as a NBA Player Agent and established exceptional record of increasing long-term financial security and player development.
Theodore Bullard is a graduate of Kennesaw State. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Sport Management-Communication. Bullard also received his Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. He is currently seeking to earn his Ph.D. in International Conflict Management as he continue to work with the Lady Owls.
Theodore and his wife Ngoneh, a former Lady Owl basketball player, have a two beautiful children. Their daughter Alisha Rose is one years old and their son Amir Duke is five years old.
