St. Louis was the Director of Operations for at Tusculum University prior to joining Kennesaw State, where she handled and assisted in numerous areas, including helping to organizing recruiting efforts, coordinating travel, overseeing the budget, managing marketing efforts and was the liaison with the team and the rest of the athletic department personnel.

Prior to Tusculum, she was the head JV coach and varsity assistant coach for the 2019-20 season for Independence High School (Thompson Station, Tenn.), and helped them to the first winning record since 2003, before spending the summer as an intern with the Tennessee State women's basketball program. She played four years for Morehead State, helping them to the postseason for the first time since 2009-10, before finishing her career at Cumberland University in 2018-19.

A two-time conference all-academic selection, St. Louis also was a Mid-South Conference Champion of Character nominee. She received her bachelor's degree in exercise science from Morehead State in May of 2018, her master's degree in arts and teaching with an emphasis in physical education at Cumberland in May of 2021, and is currently working on her master's in business administration, also from Cumberland.
