Atlantic Sun Conference Player of the Year, the first Lady Owl to earn that distinction in KSU[apos]s brief time in Division I...Also named First-Team All-Atlantic Sun and to the A-Sun All-Academic Team...Played in all 28 games, starting 25...Finished fourth in the A-Sun in scoring (14.5 points per game) and second in rebounding (9.0 per game) and field goal percentage (.552)...Scored season-high 28 points in victory over Campbell (2/11/08)...Led the Lady Owls in scoring with 25 in win over Belmont (1/28/08)...Grabbed a season-high 21 rebounds and scored 22 points in victory over Gardner-Webb (2/9/08), the only game all season in which an A-Sun women[apos]s basketball player recorded at least 20 points and 20 rebounds...Scored 24 points in overtime win in season opener against Jacksonville State (11/9/08)...Scored in double-figures in 14 straight games and 21 total...Her 13 double-doubles led the Atlantic Sun Conference.
Junior College
Henderson came to Kennesaw State after playing a season for the Georgia Perimeter College Jaguars...Helped lead GPC to the National Junior College Athletic Association Championship quarterfinals...Led the Jaguars in field goals made (164) and free throw percentage (70.5) while finishing second in scoring (14.7 ppg), rebounds per game (9.33) and field goal percentage (54.1)...Scored a career-high 36 points against Walters State Community College (11/24/06)...Was voted as her team[apos]s best all around player...Played one season at Bevill State College where second on the team in scoring and rebounding...Was named team MVP and was a first team All-region selection in her lone season at Bevill State.
