One of just four Owls to start and play in every game (53)...The first freshman since 2018 to start 52+ games and the first in the Tripp MacKay era...Finished hte year as one of the hottest hitters recording eight hits in the last six games for a .400 average...Slashed three hits in a game twice this year versus UTSA (3/12) and FGCU (5/3)...Drove in two runs versus Georgia State (4/17) with a bases loaded single...Second among freshman on the team with 15 RBI

Prior to KSU:

Evans helped Liberty High School to back-to-back 4A Texas state softball championships in 2021 and 2022 en route to 2022 District Utility Player of the Year honors. The infielder was named to the 2022 Texas Girl’s Coaches Association All-State and Texas Sports Writer’s Association All-State teams. She also competed on Liberty High School’s volleyball team and was a two-time team captain.
