Played her prep ball at Woodland High School in Cartersville, Ga., where she started in center field for three seasons...Had a spectacular senior season, batting .374 and going the entire season without committing an error...Was selected to play in the 2010 Georgia Dugot Club All-Star game...Named to three straight All-Bartow County teams in both softball and basketball...Was named Woodland High School's Most Athletic student, while being named to the honor roll four straight times and earning four consecutive scholar-athlete awards.
