Prior to KSU:
The California native had a smashing start to her high school career when she won 2021 Defensive Player of the Year. She was also awarded with the Golden Glove in 2023 and the Silver Slugger in 2024. The infielder was named First Team All-League in 2023, Second Team All-League in 2024, and a scholar athlete three out of four years. In addition to high school softball, Johnson played for the USA Athletics for 3 years, Wildcats Del Campo for 1 year, and ZT Blaze Del Campo for 1 year.
