Played varsity softball for four years, first at Brookstone High School in Columbus, Ga. and then Glenwood High School in Phenix City, Ala. ...Won back-to-back Alabama Independent School Association state titles with Glenwood her junior and senior seasons...Was named to the All-Tournament Team at the State Championship, earning a spot as the designated hitter on the Alabama All-State Team...Named All Bi-City Female Athlete of the Year in 2010...Was a 2010 Wendy's High School Heisman recipient...Also played four years for the Georgia Challenger travel team.
