2009-2010 Season
Indoor: Competed in four meets during the indoor season... Finished 25th in the 5,000 meter race at the ETSU Niswonger Invitational... Set his fastest time of the indoor season in the 3,000 meters, finishing the race in 9:02.08 for ninth place at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational... Finished fourth in the 1,500 meters in 4:11.54 at JSU Gem of the Hills Track and Field Invitational to start the outdoor seaosn... Placed fourth at the Georgia Tech 3-Way in the 3,000 meters in a time of 8:53.58... Nabbed a ninth place finish in the 10,000 meters at the Atlantic Sun Outdoor Conference Championships.

2008-2009 Season
Won the 5000 Meters at the Seminole Twilight at Florida, running the race in a time of 15:52.04...Kicked off the indoor season with a fourth place finish in the 5000 Meters at the Clemson Invitational, and followed that up with a third place performace two weeks later at the UNC Invitational, with times of 15:42.55 and 15:28.01...Ran the 5000 Meter race at the A-Sun Indoor Championships in 15:50.39, placing 13th...Competed in the 10000 Meter Run at the UNF Invitational, placing eighth with a time of 32:56.66.

2007-2008 Season
Placed third at the Clemson opener in the 5k, finishing with a time of 15:53... finished sixth in the indoor 3k at the Tar Heel Invitational (9:13.62)... set personal best times in the 10k (33:47), 8k (25:35), 5k (15:45), and 3k (9:04).

Prep Career
Prep Career Steven comes to Kennesaw State as an accomplished runner from East Paulding High School...he is a two-time Paulding County XC Champion...he placed third at the regional meet in 2006...he has received two leadership awards in cross country for his excellent sportsmanship...his personal best for the mile is 4:36.

Was born Steven Murray in Fairbanks, Alaska...is the son of Bob and Jane Murray...has one older brother, Bobby and one older sister, Catherine.
