2009-2010 Season
Began the indoor season at the ETSU Niswonger Invitational running the 5,000m in 15:32.78 placing 18th… Collected a first place finish in the 4,000 distance medley and fourth place finish in the 3,000m at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational Jan. 30… Achieved his best 3,000m time at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships, finishing seventh in 8:39.97… Finished eighth at the A-Sun Indoor Conference Championships in the 5,000m in a time of 15:12.82... Finished first in the 5,000m at the Beynon Sports Catamount Classic in 15:16.3… Ran 30:58.26 in the 10,000m good enough for 10th place at the Sea Ray Relays… Ran his best 5,000m time (14:54.70) at the Auburn War Eagle Invitational which put him in fourth place… Finished third in both the 5,000m and 10,000m at the Atlantic Sun Outdoor Conference Championship.

2008- 2009 Season
Redshirted during the 2009 season.

2007-2008 Season
Placed third in the one mile at the Tar Heel Invitational with a time of 4:35.48... placed sixth in the indoor 3k at the Niswonger Invitational with a time of 8:58.50... set a personal best time in the outdoor 3k Steeplechase at LSU, placing second with a time of 9:34.75

2006-2007 Season
Competed in mid and long distance events for the Owls in his freshman season...posted a time of 4:27.39 for the mile at the Niswonger Invitational...posted a time of 9:58.49 for the 3k steeplechase at the Georgia Relays...finished eighth in the 3k steeplechase with a time of 9:55.13 at the 2007 A-Sun Outdoor Championship.

Prep Career
Came to Kennesaw State after a successful four-year career in both cross country and track at Thomas County Central High School...finished seventh in the state of Georgia in the one-mile run at the 2006 Georgia track and field Championships...personal best time of 16:22 in the 5k during high school...a three-time MVP on his cross country team...a 12-time state qualifier in both track and cross country.
