Ran a career best 1500m time of 3:56.58 getting 16^th place at the Yellow Jacket Invitational … placed second in the 800m running a 1:51.89 at the Bulldog Relays … ran a 1:51.12 in the making it his career-best time in the 800m placing second at the Drake Relays … got a time of 1:53.54 in the 800m at the ASUN Outdoor Championships landing him in eighth place.
 
Indoor
» ASUN Conference Second Team All-Conference (mile and distance medley relay)

Brought home the victory in the 800m running a time of 1:54.34 at the Clemson Invite where he also secured first place with a mile time of 4:15.46 … ran a 4:11.56 mile in the Samford Invite landing Williams in fourth place … ran a career-best mile time of 4:09.33 at the ASUN Indoor Championships placing second … got second place in the ASUN Indoor Championships DMR with a time of 10:27.74 … ran a 1:55.75 in the 800m placing fifth in the ASUN Championships.

Won the mile (4:18.64) and was second in the 800m (1:56.25) at the Clemson Invitational … finished third in the 800m (1:54.61) at the Samford Bulldog Invite … grabbed a pair of bronze medals in the 800m (1:53.32) and the DMR (10:06.48) at the ASUN Championship.

Cross Country
Competed in six meets with his best finish at the Bulldog Invitational placing 12^th in 6K with a time of 18:13:58… at the Commodore Classic he finished in 98^th with a time of 26:06:8 in 8K…. the Louisville Classic ran in 8K finishing with a 25:16:1 time for 26^th…. in 8K at the Blazer Classic, finished 34^th with a time of 24:55:43… Finished 50^th at the ASUN Championships in 8K with a time of 26:51:44… Competed in 10K at the NCAA South Regionals finishing at 33:32:0 placing 123^rd ….


As A Freshman (2018-19)
Outdoor
Ran a personal best time in the 1500m (4:05.03) finishing 19^th at the Yellow Jacket Invitational ... posted a personal-best time in the 800m (1:54.95) finishing seventh at the Al Schmidt Bulldogs Relays ... finished fourth in the 3000S (9:23.07) at the ASUN Championships. 

Indoor
Had a personal best in the 1000m (2:34.56) finishing fourth at the Samford Open ... At the Bulldog Invite had a personal- best time in the mile (4:31.67) finishing 13^th. . .finished fifth in DMR (10:21.41) at the ASUN Championships.
Cross Country
Took on five meets … competed in the JSU Struts Season Opener placing fourth with a time of 15:52.30 … grabbed 24^th at the Berry Invitational in 26:29.43 … competed in the Bulldog Invitational placing 28^th with a time of 26:05.8 … took on the ASUN Championships placing 62^nd in 29:09.23 … Finished the season with career-best times in the 5K and 8K.

High School
Participated in three years of cross country and track and field ... named All-Metro Cross Country in 2016 and 2017 ... placed in the top 10 in 15 of 27 cross country races ... was runner-up at the 2017 GHSA State Cross Country Championships in a time of 16:34.99 ... won the Class AAAAA Region 5 Championship in cross country with a time of 15:37.60 ... career-best 5K time in cross country came at the 2017 Alexander/ ASICS Invitational where he posted a time of 15:36.60 ... finished sixth  at the 2017 Class AAAAA and AAAAAA State Championship in the 1600m with a time of 4:29.64 ... Was runner-up at the Class AAAAA and AAAAAA State Championship in the 800m with a time of 1:55.48 ... Has career-best times of 4:22.96 in the 1600m and 10:05.14 in the 3200m.
