Posted a 10th place finish at the A-Sun Outdoor Championships in the 200 Meters, running the event in a time of 22.79 seconds...Competed in the 60 Meters, 100 Meters, 200 Meters, and 400 Meters during his freshman campaign...Best time in the 100 Meters was an 11.18 second showing at the Clemson Outdoor Invitational, where he finished 14th...Also ran a season-best time of 22.45 seconds in the 200 Meters at the Clemson Outdoor Invitational, on his way to a 14th place finish.
Prep Career
While in high school, Lawson competed in cross country as a Sophomore, and track and field as a Junior and Senior ...placed 7th in the 200m and 2nd in the 4x100m at the 2007 6-4AAAA Regional Championship ...USATF 2007 sectional qualifier 200m champion ...placed 4th in the 4x400m and 6th in teh 200m at the 2007 USATF Georgia State.
