2009 Season
Competed in the 1500 Meters, 3000 Meters, and 5000 Meters...Finished second in the 5000 Meters at the Seminole Twilight, finishing in 15:52.04...Opened up the indoor track season with a ninth place finish at the Clemson Invitational in the 5000 Meters, with a time of 16:08.03...Other top-10 finish of the season came at the Clemson Outdoor Invitational, when he posted a 5000 Meter time of 17:08.79 to finish sixth.
2008 Season
Placed second in the 5k with a time of 15:45 at the Clemson opener... placed second in the indoor 3k at the Tar Heel Invitational with a time of 8:54.90...set a personal best in the indoor 5k at the Texas Roadhouse Invitational with a time of 15:16.
2007 Season
Medically redshirted during the 2007 season.
Prep Career
Johnson qualified for the Georgia State Championships with a time of 16:24...was a top 20 finisher at the Berry Championships 2004...was a four-year letter winner in track & field...received the SHS Scholar Athlete Award...was nominated for the National Youth Leadership Conference Forum of Law 2004...Vice-President of National Honor Society and Key Club at Sequoyah where he graduated in the top five percent of his class.
