As A Junior (2011)
Had a solid junior season in which he appeared in 17 singles matches finishing with a record of 6-11 ... was the only Owl to play in every singles spot last season, but he spent the most time at the No. 3 spot going 2-4 ... picked up a nice singles win against Belmont at the No. 3 position winning 6-1, 7-5 ... finished the season with a 5-4 record in doubles action with four different partners.
As A Sophomore (2010)
Appeared in 21 singles matches compiling a 3-18 record ... played primarily in the No. 1 and No. 2 positions where he went 3-17 on the season ... picked up his first win on Feb. 13 over Alabama A&M’s Desta Sandy 6-4, 6-3 at the No. 1 spot ... was involved in over 25% of the Owls doubles wins last season as he won seven doubles matches ... won three of his final four doubles matches of the season with partner Elliot Kahler at the No. 2 position.
As A Freshman (2009)
In his first season as an Owl, Mills posted a 7-11 record in singles play mostly at the No. 2 spot, while going 3-13 in doubles competition … Mills won his first three singles matches of 2009, before finally being defeated by Jacksonville State’s Eduardo Saratt on February 14 by a score of 6-4, 6-0 … two of his singles victories came at the No. 2 position against A-Sun rivals, Lipscomb and Florida Gulf Coast.
Before Kennesaw State
Joined Kennesaw State after a great career at Holy Innocents Episcopal School where he finished with a record of 60-4 ... led his team to the region championship and the top seed in the State playoffs as a senior ... named team MVP in his final three years at Holy Innocents.
