As A Sophomore (2010)
Saw limited action in the spring for the Owls, posting a record of 3-8 in singles, and 0-2 in doubles ...  in the fall season, he reached the doubles final of Georgia Southern Fall Invitational with partner Gokalp Ozdemir…won “B” flight consolation at Troy Invitational … picked up the deciding win in the Owls’ 4-3 victory over the Blue Hose on Feb. 23 against Presbyterian’s Ryan Walters at the No. 6 spot 6-2, 6-3 ... team captain … ITA Academic All-American.

As A Freshman (2009)
In his impressive freshman campaign, Bouttell posted a record of 12-3 in singles matches … after losing two of his first three matches, Bouttell rebounded to win 11 of his final 12 decisions, including a team-best 7-1 record in the Atlantic Sun Conference ... his season highlight came on Mar. 10 against No. 69 Appalachian State as he beat Alain Humblet at the No. 6 spot 6-4, 6-2.

Before Kennesaw State
Came to Kennesaw State after an impressive career on the Canadian junior circuit where he was ranked as high as No. 61 in the U-18 division ... named MVP of the CEGEP/College Quebec Tennis League as a senior ... ranked as high as No. 10 in the Quebec region in his junior career.

Born on May 10, 1990 ... son of Janice and David Bouttell ... has a brother named Justin ... finance major in the Coles College of Business.
