2008-09 Season
In limited action in 2009, Sergeychik posted a 3-4 singles record… after his first match of the season went unfinished, Sergeychik earned a victory against Bethune Cookman’s Jeffrey Smallwood… he was also named a Scholar Athlete in 2009.

Prep Career
Sergeychik comes to KSU following a year at Moscow Humanitarian University and a successful career on the Russian junior circuit ... Turned in two singles and one doubles runner-up performance on the Russian junior circuit between 2005 and 2007 ... Also had eight quarterfinal and six semifinal appearances in that same time span, finishing third on two occasions .. .Also a stellar student in the classroom, Sergeychik joins the Owls after earning a 3.57 GPA at MHU.
