Kennesaw State University Athletics

Turner is entering his third year with the Kennesaw State men's tennis team. During his first two years with the Owls, Turner served as a volunteer coach for both the men's and women's programs as he helped out with both conditioning and on-court coaching.

Currently, Turner will be serving as the assistant coach for the men’s tennis team. He will be tasked with both conditioning and on-court coaching as well as helping run practice sessions.

Turner received a B.S. in Sports Management with a Minor in Coaching from Kennesaw State in 2009 and is currently pursuing his M.S. in Applied Exercise and Health Science.  

He is a decorated veteran of the U.S. Air Force; serving his country throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Turner has been coaching tennis since 2003 and he currently holds a USPTR Certification.  He also holds a certification from the Etcheberry Academy, Certified for Strength and Conditioning in Tennis.

Turner currently resides in Kennesaw, Ga. with his wife Kim.
