2007-08 Season
Competing in his fourth and final season for the Owls, Sheard participated in eight events for the Owls, led by a tie for 17th at the A-Sun Championships...Used the strength of a season-low 70 in the second round of the A-Sun to put himself in contention for the title...Tied his season-low 70 on three other occasions; in the second round of the Brickyard, the first round of the Mizuno Southbridge Intercollegiate, and the final round of the Wyoming Cowboy Classic...He finished just outside of the top 20 at the Larry Nelson, turning in a 230 to finish in solo 21st...Sheard turned in the Owls lowest round on four different occasions, finishing the season with a 74.9 scoring average in 24 total rounds...He finished his career with KSU having played the most rounds in school history with 100.
2006-07 Season
Sheard started all nine events for the Owls during his junior season...Is the only returning player to have at least one top five, top 10, and a top 20 finish...Led KSU in scoring in three rounds, including a season-low 68 at the Bradford Creek Invitational in Greenville, N.C...Again led the team with a third round 70 at the Stetson/CDSC Invitational, where he finished tied for second with teammate Kris Shepherd...Finished two other tournaments in the top 20, placing 15th in both the Poplar Hill Intercollegiate Tournament and the Bradford Creek Invitational...Closed out the season with an even-par 72 in the final round of the Linger Longer Invitational...Ended the season with a scoring average of +4, 75.6.
2005-06 Season
Finished tied for 22nd place (+7, 223) at the Bradford Creek Intercollegiate at the Bradford Creek Golf Club in Greenville, N.C. ...Finished tied for 33rd (+9, 234) at the Linger-Longer Invitational at the Reynolds Plantation Golf Club in Greensboro, Ga.
2004-05 Season
Appeared in seven events for the Owls last season with a stroke average of 77.26...had his best finish at the CSU Spring Kick-Off Classic on February 21-22 when he placed 22nd with a three-round total of 12-over par, 225 [75-72-78]...The 72 in the second round was the lowest of his collegiate career...came in tied for 30th with a nine-over par, 225 at the Buzzini/Stanislaus Invitational on April10-12...Placed in a tie for 38th at the Emerald Coast Collegiate Championships on March 7-8 after shooting a 227...Shot 76 or less in his final five rounds of the season and in 11 of his 19 rounds overall.
2003-04 Season
Sheard attended the University of Central Florida in his freshman year...Did not compete in any matches for the Knights.
