An outstanding sprinter, James was part of the all-freshman 4x400m relay team that earned second place (3:18.49) at the A-Sun Conference Championship ... Also took home a second team All-Conference selection as he ran 49.82 in the 400m dash.

Joshua is an outstanding hurdle and relay runner from Heritage HS ... He and his team completed the 4x400 relay in 3:21.11 at the 8-4A regional meet ... Won the 300m hurdles with a time of 38.4 at regions ... Completed the 4x400m relay at the Junior Olympics in 3:13.69 ... Selected to the First Team All Area for the 300m hurdles ...
