2011 Season
Jenkins competed in seven events for Kennesaw State in 2011… He was named an All Atlantic Sun Conference Freshman for his 38th place finish at the A-Sun Championship with a time of 33:59.20… Jenkins best 8K time of 26:03.07 came at the Louisville Cross Country Invite, while his top 10K time of 33:59.20 came at the NCAA South Regional Championship… Top finish in 2011 came at the Auburn Invitational when he placed 21st at the 6K race with a time of 20:47.20.

Prep Career
Competed in cross country and track and field for Athens Christian in Athens, Ga…. Was regional champion for the Region 8-A championships in cross country during his senior season… Finished second in the GHSA Cross Country State Championship with a 5k time of 16:05.92 his senior year… Competed in the Region 8A Boys Championship for track and finished first in the 3,200 meters and second in the 1,600 meters respectively.

Born Joshua Caleb Jenkins to Robert and Donna Jenkins in Greensboro, N.C… Has seven younger siblings Destiny, Josiah, Dynasty, Joseph, Naomi, Jonathan and Niquee… Wants to be an academic advisor and coach high school cross country and track after college…Majoring in Psychology.
