Track & Field 

Outdoor
Recorded a season-best time in the 1500m, earning a time of 4:12.06 while placing 14^th overall at the Emory Qualifier 2025 … at the Crimson Tide Invitational he earned a season record while finishing 24^th in the 5000m with a time of 15:17.99 … finished 11^th at the Don McGarey Invitational in the 1500m with a time of 4:13.73.

Indoor
At the Bob Pollock Invitational he earned a season fastest time in the mile, clocking in at 4:37.73 to finish 23^rd overall… recorded a season best in the 3000m with a pace of 9:16.78 to finish 56^th at the Vanderbilt Invitational.



As a Freshman (2024-25)

Cross Country 

Made his college debut in the 4-mile race at the Stan Sims Cross Country Opener, running 21:18.5 and finishing 44th. Ran in the 8K at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (352nd; 27:25.6) ... Competed at the Crimson Classic (108th; 26:06.1) ... Finished 54th at the Conference USA Championships in the 8K with a time of 26:37.1. Finished up his freshman year at the NCAA Regionals in the 10K with a time of 34:36.6 for a result of 158th. 

High School
Graduated from Chapel Hill High School … 4^th and 5^th state finisher 3200m 2023 and 2024 … 2x county champ XC and track … 10x all region XC and track …  

Personal
Majoring in sports management … goals are to win conference for cross country and make varsity all four years … most influential person is his father, because he raised him to never quit.
