Made his college debut at the Stan Sims Cross Country Opener and was KSU’s top finisher with a season best finish of 4th place with a time of 19:22.8 in the 4-mile race. ...was the top finisher for the Owls at the Lehigh Paul Short Run, just beating out his teammate for a finish of 35th and a time of 24:10.0 in the 8K ...continued his fine form at the Crimson Classic with a terrific 15th place in the 8.078K with a time of 23:56. .... finished the Conference USA Championships in 6th place for the 8K with a time of 24:07.4 ...finished a remarkable freshman season with an 18th place finish in the 10K at the NCAA regionals with a time of 30:33.6.
