Competed in a total of six meets… best finish was at the Bulldog invitational placing 42^nd in 6K with a time of 20:26:3… finished 113th in the 8K with a time of 27:07:5… with a time of 26:29:9 in the Louisville Classic, finished 120^th in 8K… finished  54^th at the Blazer Classic in 8K with a time of 25:52:98… competed in the ASUN Championships finishing 66^th with a time of 29:06:76 in 8K…. placed 126^th in 10K with a time of 33:36:7 in the NCAA South Regional.


As A Freshman (2018-19)
Cross Country
Competed in five meets … placed 30^th at the Berry Invitational with a career-best in the 8K with a time of 26:47.4 … took 40^th at the JSU Struts Season Opener in 17:13.10 … posted a time of 27:29.3 in the Bulldog Invitational …  finished the season taking 44^th at the ASUN Championships with a time in 27:35.77.

High School
Ran track and cross country for years at Alexander HS ... ran alongside teammates Koi and Mekhi Williams ... in cross country, had 12 top five finishes in 33 career races ... team won the Class AAAAA State Championship in 2016 and was fourth in 2014, 2015 and 2017 ... Ran a personal-best time of 15:51.70 in Alexander / ASICS Invitational in cross country in 2017 ... had personal-best times of 1:59.99 in the 800m, 4:27.55 in the 1600m and 9:44.40 in the 3200m in track.
