2010 Season
Raced in six meets during the 2010 season… Started the season with a 36th place finish at the UTC Invitational with a time of 17:12… Finished 12th at the Samford Invitational in 27:48… Saw his best 8k time of the season at the A-Sun Conference Championship, finishing in 26:51.
2009 Season
Competed in four races for the Owls in 2009…Best finish came at the KSU Owl Invitational, when he placed 25th in the four-team race with a time of 18:01 in the 5k…Best time in a 5k came in his season debut at the JSU Struts Cross Country Opener, when his time of 16:52 placed him in 38th.
Prep Career
Earned two varsity letters in lacrosse and cross country, respectively, at Etowah High School in Woodstock… Captain of the varsity cross country team that went on to win the Cherokee County Championship…A recipient of his lacrosse team’s Coach’s award…Earned a top-30 finish at the 2007 Georgia Class 5A state cross country meet.
Personal
The son of Steven and Wendy Greeson…Has one sister, Elizabeth, who is 15…Played KSU Club lacrosse during his freshman year, mainly as a midfielder…Is double majoring in Accounting and Finance.
