Had an outstanding freshman season, including a 11th place finish at the Mercer-Atlanta Invitational (21:57.72)...finished in 18th at the 5k JSU Opener (15:59)...took 18th place at the JSU Foothills Invite with a time of 28:17...ran 27:49.68 at the Tiger Invitational to set a personal record in the 8k...completed the GSU Invitational 8k run in 28:49.70...ran 27:49.68 at the Disney World Cross Country Classic...completed the 8k course at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championship in 29:21. Adam comes to Kennesaw State after a successful career at Sugar Hill High School...he was the Regional Champion for the 800m race in 2006...finished 14th at the cross country regional meet in 2006...he received the Gwinnett Cross Country Athlete of the Month Award in 2005...his personal best for the 5k is 16:37...his personal best for the mile is 4:37. Adam is the son of Vicki and Bill Williams...he has one older sister...in his free time he enjoys golf, bowling and hanging out with friends...is undecided on a major.
