Biography

As a Redshirt Sophomore (2025):
Tied for 4th on the staff with 21 appearances ... Had back to back scoreless outings without allowing a base runner against Georgia Southern (March 18) and Western Kentucky (March 23) ... Was dominant in both outings against West Georgia, recording 2 strikeouts over 2 scoreless innings, (April 15) and struck out the side in his lone inning of work during the second game (May 6) ... Started and had a season-high innings pitched with 2.1 against Georgia Southern (May 13) 

Prior to Kennesaw State: 
Saddleback College Transfer...Helman struck out 21 batters in 12.2 innings of work in finishing 1-0...Previous to Saddleback, Helman lettered in baseball and football at Dana Hills High School before graduating in 2021...While at DHHS, he was an All-South Coast League selection in both baseball and football.
