Played in 13 games and made four starts ... First college hit came against Samford (2/27) when he singled ... Made his first start in the final game of Opening Weekend against Liberty (2/21) ... Ended the season by hitting in two straight games ... Singled in two at-bats against Troy (5/18) and in the regualr season finale against ETSU (2/21) he went 1-for-3.

Prior To Kennesaw State
Played three years of varsity at Providence Christian Academy…In 2007, hit .495 with 44 RBI, and 12 doubles; received the Providence MVP Award, Providence Silver Slugger Award and Gwinett County Second Team All-County…In 2008, hit .459 with 54 RBI, 14 doubles and 11 homeruns and helped his team to an appearance in the state finals…In 2009, hit 14 doubles and eight homeruns; received the Providence MVP Award and was named Gwinett County First Team All-County…Was named Region 7A Player of the Year as a senior.
