TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
In 1990, Dorothy “Dot” Martin became a Kennesaw State Athletics donor and played an important role in the Owls’ growing history. Dot contributed greatly to the rise of the Department of Athletics, including co-founding the KSU Scholarship Classic in April of 1995. Mrs. Martin was such a special member of the Owls family, that after her passing in January of 1999, Kennesaw State Athletics decided to rename the annual tournament, the Dot Martin Scholarship Golf Classic, in her memory.
2019 marks the 20th anniversary of Dot’s recognition, while celebrating 25 years of benefiting student-athlete scholarships.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
The tournament is a four-person scramble. Mulligan cards and survival kits will be available for purchase.
Those signing up as individuals will be grouped into teams based on their handicap.
Schedule
• 8 a.m. - Registration begins, Owl Store opens
• 9 a.m. - Driving range opens
• 10 a.m. - Shotgun start, Owl Store closes
• 3 p.m. - Silent auction, ceremony, buffet meal
Each Participant Receives
• Boxed lunch and buffet meal
• 18 holes of golf
• Unlimited range balls
• Owl Store Voucher
Competitions
• 1st, 2nd, 3rd place low gross
• Longest drive
• Closest to the pin

The online auction will begin on April 1 at 8:00 a.m. ET and will run until May 8 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Bidding starts at $500.
