Kennesaw State Sportsmanship Statement
In concordance with the Atlantic Sun Conference and its member institutions, Kennesaw State is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all fans. We want all event attendees to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. When attending an event, you are required to refrain from the following behaviors:
• Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature.
• Intoxication or other signs of impairment that results in irresponsible behavior.
• Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
• Interference with the progress of the event (including throwing objects onto the playing surface).
• Failing to follow instructions of event personnel.
• Verbal or physical harassment of participants, officials, fans or event personnel.
Event attendees are responsible for their conduct. Event staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where fans can enjoy the event free from the above behavior. Event attendees that violate these provisions may be subject to ejection without refund and loss of ticket privileges for future events.

CAMERA/VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Cameras and hand-held video cameras are permitted in the stadium for Kennesaw State lacrosse games and soccer matches. No images captured at Fifth Third Bank Stadium may be used for commercial purposes without the written consent of Kennesaw State and its affiliates. Kennesaw State, Fifth Third Bank Stadium, and its sponsor advertisements, logos, and other materials are protected by United State intellectual property laws. Persons who violate this policy may be liable for intellectual property infringement. No cameras or recording devices are permitted at musical concerts.
CLOTHING
Guests are prohibited from wearing any clothing displaying profane or offensive material as determined by the stadium staff at their sole discretion. Guests wearing prohibited clothing may be denied entry into the facility until the profane or offensive material is no longer visible. Guests found within the facility wearing clothing displaying items that can be construed as profane, or offensive, will be asked to provide a solution where the items will no longer be displayed. If no solution can be found or the solution does not meet the satisfaction of management, the guest may be ejected from the facility. Guests who are ejected from the facility for violating this section will not receive a refund for their ticket(s) or be compensated in any way.
CODE OF CONDUCT
All Fifth Third Bank Stadium guests are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Any behavior defying the code of conduct, as determined by facility management can result in ejection and possible arrest. Guests who are ejected from the facility will not receive a refund for their ticket(s) or be compensated in any way. Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to:
• Standing on chairs/seats
• Entering a seating area without the correct ticket
• Drunk and/or disorderly conduct
• Fighting or challenging others to fight
• Interference with the event, or participants of the event in any way
• Throwing, tossing, or discharging any object within the facility
• Kicking or throwing inflated soccer balls or Frisbees.
• Using profanity and/or other offensive, racial, obscene, or abusive gestures or language toward or in reference to players, coaches, referees, fans, performers, or staff members
• Disturbing other guests’ enjoyment of the event
• Violating Fifth Third Bank Stadium rules, regulations, or policies
• Violating any local, state, or federal laws
Fifth Third Bank Stadium management reserves the right to deny entry of any guest displaying inappropriate behavior, as determined by facility/event management.

CONCESSIONS
Fifth Third Bank Stadium has 4 permanent concession stands and plenty of portable concession kiosks throughout the stadium. There are also plenty of your fan favorites like hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, and soda. You may use cash and/or credit cards at the fixed concessions locations and cash only at the portable locations. Hours of operation for concession sales within Fifth Third Bank Stadium will vary depending on the schedule of events.

CREDIT CARDS
Credit cards are accepted throughout Fifth Third Bank Stadium. Credit cards may be used at the Ticket Box Office, Merchandise Stands, and most Concession Stands. Accepted cards include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
DIAPER CHANGING STATIONS
Diaper changing stations are located in all women’s, and men’s restrooms.
DISABLED ACCOMMODATIONS
Fifth Third Bank Stadium is committed to providing every guest with comfortable and enjoyable experience at its facility. Fifth Third Bank Stadium meets all ADA requirements.

EJECTIONS
Attending an event at Fifth Third Bank Stadium should be an enjoyable and safe experience for all. It is our goal to avoid ejections or arrests. However, it is of primary importance that each guest is able to enjoy a quality experience while in attendance. Therefore, a code of conduct will be enforced that emphasizes good sportsmanship and generally accepted standards of behavior. Season ticket holders and suite holders are responsible for the actions of their guests and are subject to cancellation of tickets. See “Code of Conduct”.
ELEVATORS
The elevator is located on the West Concourse – in the north corner of the stadium.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION
In the unlikely event that an emergency situation would require the stadium to be evacuated, instructions will be relayed via the public address system. If such circumstances arise, please remain calm, use common sense and follow any instructions as they are announced. In the event that the PA system is unavailable, please proceed toward the nearest Fifth Third Bank Stadium employee for further instructions.
FIELD ACCESS POLICY
Stadium guests are not permitted access to the playing field at any time unless they have the appropriate credentials or tickets. Anyone entering the field without proper credentials is subject to removal from the stadium and arrest.
FIRST AID
If you require medical assistance within the stadium, please contact the nearest Fifth Third Bank Stadium employee or proceed to the First Aid station located on the West Concourse.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
The following items may NOT be brought into the facility:
• Glass or plastic bottles
• Outside food or beverages
• Aluminum cans
Guests may dispose of or return to their vehicles any unauthorized items prior to entering into the facility. Items will not be stored, secured, or kept for return by Fifth Third Bank Stadium.
GATE OPENING TIMES
For most events, gates will open 60 minutes prior to event start time for ticket holders.
LOST & FOUND
There is one Lost and Found collection point at Fifth Third Bank Stadium. In the stadium, if you find an item that is not yours, please take it to Guest Services. The Guest Services center is located on the west side of the stadium near the main gate.
LOST CHILDREN
Customer Service suggests that a parent/guardian place a ticket stub inside each child’s pocket or sock to assist Fifth Third Bank Stadium staff in locating a child’s group in the event of separation. Separated children and parents should contact the nearest Fifth Third Bank Stadium employee or go to Guest Services located on the west side of the stadium.
MARKETING/SPONSORSHIP/PAMPHLETS
No unapproved marketing, advertising or promotion will be permitted on Fifth Third Bank Stadium property including, but not limited to:
• Unauthorized distribution of literature, business cards, flyers, handouts of any kind, pamphlets, other written forms, etc.
• Placing of any unapproved material on car windshields
• Chanting or shouting words associated with commercial advertising
• Wearing clothing in a matter intended to advertise
• Possessing banners, flags, signs or posters displaying words or pictures associated with commercial advertising
• Product sampling of any kind.
• All cases are subject to review and decision by facility/event management.
• Guests found to be marketing may be subject to ejection and will be removed from Fifth Third Bank Stadium.
Guests found participating in any form of unauthorized marketing will be asked to collect all pieces of marketing handed out and dispose of them in the trash. Any guest or marketing company violating this section is liable for any and all additional clean-up costs and is subject to being billed by Fifth Third Bank Stadium .
Guest/companies found marketing on property without authorization may be cited with trespassing. If your company or organization is interested in advertising, marketing or sampling product at Fifth Third Bank Stadium, please email lkatovsk@kennesaw.edu for marketing pricing options.
PETS
Service animals (i.e. guide dogs) are the only pets allowed into Fifth Third Bank Stadium .
PRESS/MEDIA ENTRANCE
The Press/Media entrance is located on the North side of the stadium. Access is restricted to credentialed press and media only.
PROFANITY/OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE AND GESTURES

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Fifth Third Bank Stadium, in conjunction with KSU & Cobb County law enforcement officials, is dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment in which to enjoy events at Fifth Third Bank Stadium. Police officers are stationed in and around the stadium. Dedicated and trained security officials will be stationed at all entrances. All persons entering the stadium are subject to search and questioning. Full cooperation with the authorities is appreciated and will help speed the progression of the lines.
Items NOT permitted into the facility include but are not limited to:
• Alcohol
• Weapons of any kind (i.e. knives (including pocket knives), pepper spray, stun-guns, slingshots, concealed weapons, firearms, etc.)
• Fireworks of any kind (including smoke bombs and flares)
• No glass and plastic bottles, cans, coolers, containers, food or beverages of any kind
• Bags larger than 12”x 12” x 12”
• Air horns, whistles, seat cushions with backs
• Illegal drugs or chemicals
• Laser pointers
• Umbrellas
• Animals (except service animals)
• Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, etc.
• Skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, roller shoes, etc.
• Other items as may be determined by the Fifth Third Bank Stadium security staff or management
Anyone with an item that does not pass security measures will be asked to either take the item back to their vehicle or dispose of it before entering Fifth Third Bank Stadium. Purses, backpacks, fanny packs, diaper bags or any other bags may be brought into the stadium, but will be searched at the bag inspection area. Please be aware that prohibited items, policies and security parameters may be modified from event to event.
RE-ENTRY POLICY
There is a no re-entry policy allowed. Exception: for safety reasons due to inclement weather, fans may seek safety in their vehicles.
RE-SALE OF TICKETS
It is unlawful for any person to resell or offer the resell a ticket to an event in any city right-of-way, city property or property owned, leased, or managed by the event sponsor. All violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
RESTROOMS
All restrooms throughout Fifth Third Bank Stadium are wheelchair accessible. The following is a list of areas where restrooms are located:
*West Concourse (two (2) Women’s restrooms, two (2) Men’s restrooms)
*South Concourse (one (1) Women’s restrooms, one (1) Men’s restrooms)
*East Concourse (two (2) Women’s restrooms, one (1) Men’s restroom)
SEAT NUMBERING SYSTEM
The sections are numbered from the Northwest corner of the stadium (section 101) and increases in a counter-clockwise direction (ends with section 131).
Viewed from the field, seats are numbered from right to left and rows are labeled from the bottom beginning with A.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted in the stadium.
