2016: National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-America Scholar-Athlete . . . Winner of KSU Athletics' Wise Owl Award that is presented to a male and female athlete who are are considered the hardest workers in the classroom . . . Appeared in 30 game, starting 11, and batted .143 with a double and five RBIs . . . Tied a career-high with two hits and an RBI versus Alabama State.

2015: Played in 25 games and starting 20 contests, mainly seeing action behind the plate … Registered a .241 batting average with 14 hits, including three doubles and three home runs … Posted 12 RBI and eight runs … Owned a ..448 slugging percentage and a .343 on-base percentage, while earning four walks … Tallied a .964 fielding percentage with 75 putouts and five assists … Started nine of the 10 conference games she saw action in … Owned a .143 batting average with three hits, two RBI, two runs and one double … Posted two-hit games against Morehead State (Feb. 14) and Troy (Mar. 24) … Had a season-high three RBI against Buffalo (Feb. 28) … Notched a pair of RBI against Austin Peay (Mar. 6) and Northern Kentucky (Apr. 12).

PRIOR TO KSU: A talented catcher from Lake Land Junior College in Illinois, Bishop earned Region 24 Player of the Year honors in 2013 as well as being named an Academic All-American and First-Team All-Region as a sophomore in 2014. In high school, she starred for Marshall High School, posting the highest team batting average as both a junior and senior. Following her junior and senior seasons, Bishop was named First-Team All-Little Illini Conference as well as to the Terre Haute Tribune Star All-Wabash Valley Team.

PERSONAL: Born on March 10, 1994 ... Daughter of Todd and Trecia Bishop ... Has two brothers, Tyler and Dustin ... An exercise and health science major in the WellStar College of Health and Human Services.
