Was a star for her Mountain View High School as she became the first player in school history to score 1,000 points in her career … walker was named Naismith All-Metro Honorable Mention following a senior season in which she earned First-Team All-Region and All-Country accolades, as well as being chosen as Most Valuable Player and Player of the Year for MVHS … after averaging 11.5 points per game in her final season, Walker was nominated for the Gwinnett County Senior All-Star game, as well as being selected to play in the North vs. South Game in Savannah, Ga.
