2017
  • Competed as a true two-way player in 39 games (all starts) as a center fielder and left-handed pitcher.
  • Finished the season ranked fourth in the ASUN and first on the roster with a .350 batting average
  • Tallied career highs in doubles (14), slugging percentage (.510) and on-base percentage (.441).
  • In 39 starts, he totaled 149 at-bats, 27 runs scored, ranked fourth on the team with 51 hits, second on the team with 14 doubles, tied his career high in home runs (3) and drove in 27 runs.
  • The senior center fielder was even more impressive in 20 ASUN games, batting a team-high .405--which led the league in hitting.
  • Erwin logged a team-best 30 hits, nine doubles, two home runs and drove in 18 runs all in league play.
  • The left-handed hitter slugged .608 and posted an on-base percentage of .477 in 20 conference starts.
  • Totaled 14 multi-hit games and seven multi-RBI games.

  • Proved to be a vital piece to the roster as a true two-way player, making 29 starts in 32 games, and was the Owls’ Friday night guy making 13 starts on the mound.
  • Finished the season with a 3-3 record and a 5.76 ERA.
  • Threw 75.0 innings, which led the team in innings pitched.
  • Ranked tied for second with 66 strikeouts.
  • Went 2-1 with a 4.71 ERA in ASUN action.
  • Pitched 36.1 innings and struck out 34 batters in league play.
  • Also tallied a .323 batting average for the season, which ranked fourth on the roster.
  • Totaled 41 hits, compiling five doubles, one triple and three home runs.
  • Drove in 23 RBI and totaled 57 bases.
  • Had the longest hitting streak (14 games) amongst his teammates.
  • Went 3-for-6 with three RBI at Georgia Southern (March 8).
  • Tallied a career-high 4-for-5 with four runs and three RBI versus Towson (March 25).
  • Won his first game on the bump versus Jacksonville State (Feb. 26).
  • Went 8.1 innings and allowed two runs on just four hits versus North Florida (April 1).
  • Pitched 7.0 innings and allowed two runs on seven hits in a win against FGCU (May 19).
2015:
  • Named Atlantic Sun Second Team All-Conference
  • Named Louisville Slugger National Player of the Week on May 18 after tying KSU’s Division I record with 15 strikeouts in a single game.
  • Led the team with a .332 batting average, recording a team-high 66 hits.
  • Also totaled a team-high 12 doubles, two triples and led the team with 36 RBI.
  • Reached base safely in 38-of-48 games, totaling an on-base percentage of .369.
  • Compiled 20 multi-hit games, including seven three-hit games.
  • Hit .341 in Atlantic Sun play.
  • Had 10 multi-RBI games.
  • Finished the season 5-4 on the mound.
  • Recorded a 4.92 ERA in 60.1 innings of work.
  • Struck out 64 batters and issued just 27 walks.
  • Recorded a career-high four RBI against Stetson (April 4).
  • Finished the season recording at least one hit in eight of his last nine games.
  • Pitched a career-high 8.0 innings on the road at Troy (April 8).
  • Recorded a D-I KSU record for most strikeouts in a single game with 15 against Georgia Southern (May 12).
2014:
  • Atlantic Sun Conference All-Freshmen Team honors.
  • As a pitcher, made 15 appearances and eight starts, compiling an ERA of 3.16 in 42.2 innings pitched, allowing just 15 earned runs with 33 strikeouts and a .268 batting average against.
  • At the plate, earned a batting average of .318 in 22 at-bats, knocking seven hits with two of those going for extra bases.
  • Had three two-hit games against Georgia Southern (4/30) and at Northern Kentucky (5/10-11), leading the Owls to victory in all three.
HIGH SCHOOL:
  • Was a four-year starter at Grayson High School where he helped lead his team to a semifinal appearance in the state tournament his senior season.
  • Was a Georgia Top 100 player both his junior and senior years.
  • As a sophomore, hit .368 and posted a .086 ERA., during his junior campaign, was a .360 batter and had a 1.15 ERA and ended his career with a .361 average with a 4.03 ERA.
  • Was a 28th round selection, number 830 overall, by the Minnesota Twins in the 2013 MLB Draft.
