Led the team with nine wins in singles action ... Picked up seven wins from the number one position in dual match action ... Collected seven wins in doubles. 

As a Junior (2016-2017)
» ASUN All-Conference (2nd Team Singles)

 Picked up 12 wins as a junior finishing with a 12-16 record in singles matches ... had back-to-back-to-back wins vs. Western Carolina, UNC Asheville, and USC Upstate with Jada Tijani during the season in doubles matches and finished with nine wins throughout the season.

As a Sophomore (2015-2016)
» ASUN All-Conference (2nd Team)

 Won 10 singles matches in her sophomore season including back-to-back wins against Georgia Southern and Charleston Southern .... finished the season strong with four straight conference wins vs. NJIT, at USC Upstate, and the last two against Lipscomb ... She also won four doubles matches during the season with back-to-back wins against Jacksonville State and Alabama State with Ashleigh De Wet.

AS A FRESHMAN 2014-15
» ASUN Conference All-Freshman Team

 Ended her freshman campaign with an overall dual-match singles record of 4-12 playing at the No. 3 spot … got a conference win over Stetson (3/21) … teamed with Cristina Martin at No. 3 doubles to earn a 4-6 overall record ... the duo beat Lipscomb (4/4) during ASUN play.

 Made it to the finals in doubles and the semifinals in singles at the Puerto Rico National Tournament  ... won the Sportsmanship Award at nationals ... was an honor roll student and a member of the National Honor Society...

 Was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, to Ada I. Baez and Marcos Mercado ... has one younger brother, Ian ... Will major in biochemistry while at Kennesaw State.
