Prepped at Flowery Branch High School, where she was a varsity starter since her freshman season and was also named MVP for the softball team all four years of her high school career … Earned Region 8-AAAA First-Team honors, as well as All-Area First-Team accolades following her senior season (2011) … Ended senior season with a .537 batting average … Tallied Region 7-AAA First-Team honors her sophomore season (2009), along with taking home the Scholar-Athlete Award … Earned numerous Player of the Week and Player of the Month awards throughout high school career … Played on the Atlanta Vipers-Berry club team and competed at the Amateur Softball Association of America (ASA) National Championship
