2009
Made 22 appearances  for the Owls, six of them being starts…help opponents to a .251 batting average…only gave up one homerun in 48.1 innings…was fourth on the team with 61 strikeouts…had a seven game streak from April 18 to May 1in which he allowed no earned runs in 14.0 innings of work…longest outing was 5.0 innings which happen twice, once against Southern Utah on March 21 and again on May 1 against conference opponent, Jacksonville…had a season high strikeouts on  March 21 against Southern Utah…held opponents to a .218 batting average with two outs…was second on the team in games finished (5), saves (2), appearances (22), games in relief (16)…tied for first with 25 batters struck out looking…first win came on March 3 in 2.0 innings of work against Alabama State…first save came against Alabama State on April 28 after 1.1 innings of work…second save came against conference opponent North Florida on May 14 after 1.0 inning of work.

2008
Named to the A-Sun All-Freshman Team...Started in four games and made 12 relief appearances...Made his collegiate debut in the ninth inning against Samford on February 22; gave up no runs on one hit and struck out two batters...Earned his first collegiate win in a start against Georgia Southern on April 2 in which he pitched 3.0 innings giving up two earned runs on five hits and striking out two batters...Pitched his longest outing in a start against UAB on April 15 going 5.0 innings giving up one earned run on no hits and striking out a season high ten batters...Picked up his first conference win and second win of the season against Mercer on April 19 after pitching 4.2 innings of relief giving up two earned runs on four hits and striking out three batters...Was 1-1 with a 4.50 ERA in 18.0 innings pitched against conference opponents...Held opposing batters to .284...Was fifth on the team with 41 strikeouts, tied for third with 16 appearances, and third with 13 batters struck out looking.

Prep Career
Enjoyed a successful career as a three-year varsity starter at Sprayberry HS...Was a three-year scholar athlete for the Yellow Jackets...Was a First Team All-County selection in his senior season...Started and earned a win over top-ranked Lassiter HS in his senior season...Made three pitching appearances in the Connie Mac World Series as a member of the East Cobb Yankees...Was named to the AAU/Connie Mac World Series All-Tournament team...Was a three-time MVP of his East Cobb summer league squad.
