As a Sophomore (2010)
Appeared in 18 singles matches compiling an 8-10 record ... played primarily in the No. 2 and No. 3 positions where she went 6-8 on the season ... picked up her first conference win on Feb. 19 over USC Upstate’s Emilia Milanovic 7-5, 6-3 at the No. 3 spot ... was involved in 25% of the Owls doubles wins last season as she won nine doubles matches ... won six doubles matches in a row from Feb. 13-23, which included a 4-0 record with partner Iesha Holton at the No. 2 spot.  

As a Freshman (2009)
Had a solid rookie season playing in a total of 17 singles matches going 9-8 overall ... she saw time all over the lineup ranging from the No. 2 to the No. 5 spots, but most of her matches were played at the No. 4 position where she went 5-4 on the year ... finished the season with a bang as she won four of her final five singles matches, with all four victories coming in conference play ... went 7-5 in doubles action, which included a 2-0 record with partner Courtney Cox.  

Before Kennesaw State
Played her prep career at McGill Toolen High School where she went 12-1 in singles and 10-2 in doubles during her senior season ... was a four-time All-Mobile County selection, earning player of the year honors twice ... made the 2007 Junior Davis Cup team.

Born on January 7, 1990 ... daughter of Reggie and Cara Carney ... nursing major in the WellStar College of Health and Human Services.
