Competed in four meets in the 2023 cross country season. Ran a 18:34.5 to finish in 33rd place at the Stan Sims XC Opener. Placed 141st at the Griak Invitational with a time of 24:18.9. Finished the Arturo Barrios Invite in 110th place running a 22:22.2. Placed 36th in the ASUN Championship meet with a 5K time of 18:24.0.
As a Sophomore (2022-23)

Competed in two meets …placed 15
th in the 4K at the KSU vs. Clemson Dual with a time of 15:00.7 … ran 19:05.46 5K at the UNA Showcase getting 177
th place.
As a Freshman (2021-22)
Cross Country
Ran in two meets during the 2021 season … ran a personal-best 5K time of 19:16.0 at the North Alabama Showcase … ran a time of 21:15.2 in the Joe Paine Invitational 5K.
High School
Ran cross country and track and field for four seasons at Johns Creek High School … helped guide team to fourth-place finish at the Class 6A State Championship … competed in the GHSA Meet of Champions in cross country as a junior … finished fifth in the in the 800m at the Class 6A State Championship as a junior … reached the finals in the State Championship.
