Quotable
Head coach Adam Bray
"I thought today went really well for our teams. I wanted to see if our groups could execute our plan of being controlled early on and then finishing hard. They most certainly were able to do that! The temperatures have been quite high recently so we wanted to be more conservative and treat this race as more of a hard effort instead of a race. It was still good to see both groups compete hard at the end of their races, however we are just getting started and I felt like the efforts today are just the beginning of bigger results down the road."
