EAST LANSING, Mich. – Jackie Jang led the way for Kennesaw State women's golf on a soaking wet opening day of the 2026 Mary Fossum Invitational, shortening the originally planned 36-hole day to just an 18-hole Sunday.
The Owls posted a 29-over mark of 317 to sit in 10
th place. The tournament will conclude on Monday with 18 final holes.
Scoreboard
Jang turned in nine pars and two birdies to card a 6-over par 78 on Sunday. Her 6-over places her 27
th individually.
Right behind her was
Alessandra Nagayo, who turned in two birdies on the front nine to record a 7-over par 79 and to tie for 34
th.
Rounding out the top four performers was
Ladina Luder and true freshman
Rebecca Tang, who both turned in 8-over pars to tie for 42
nd.
Ariana Silva (57
th) shot 10-over on the day to cap the Owls rain-soaked day in Michigan.
