KENNESAW, Ga. – The KSU Owl Network emerged as the nationwide leader for finalists in the 2026 College Sports Media Awards in association with NACDA, presented by the Sports Video Group (SVG).
KSU was honored 14 times, more than any school at any NCAA division or conference, and doubled its finalist honors from last year. The KSU Owl Network has grown from two finalist honors in 2023, six in 2024, seven last year, to this year's record 14 finalists. The work represents the best of broadcast and creative video amongst staff and students. The winners will be announced during a ceremony hosted by ESPN's Ryan McGee at the SVG College Summit in the Hilton Atlanta May 27.
The KSU Owl Network continues its rise as the quality storytelling home for KSU students, staff, alumni, and Atlanta media under the motto "Your Story." Its structure uniquely gives members the opportunity to develop their skillset that has resulted in jobs across ESPN, TNT, Atlanta television stations, NCAA Division 1 schools and conferences, the MLB, and more. The KSU Owl Network set milestones this year with over 100 ESPN events, Conference USA's first broadcasted regular season cross country meet, and will stream 11 CUSA Baseball Championship games.
